Conference fee

The conference fee is 300 € for regular participants and 200 € for students.
It includes admission to all talks and poster sessions, conference materials, coffee & refreshments during the coffee breaks, and lunches on Monday and Tuesday.
Please note that the conference fee does not include accommodation (see Travel Information for hotel suggestions).

Conference dinner: 60 € (optional) The conference dinner will take place in the auditorium of the Karl-Franzens-University Graz.

Cancellation policy: For any cancellation received by 15th May 2023, the refund will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refund will be made after 15th May 2023.

In case the conference cannot be held in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the registration fee will be waived or drastically reduced.
